Terms & Conditions for Mad-Crafts

Article 1: Applicability

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through www.mad-crafts.com.

1.2 By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions.

 

Article 2: Offers and Agreements

2.1 All offers on the website are non-binding and subject to availability.

2.2 An agreement is concluded when Mad-Crafts confirms the customer’s order in writing or via email.

 

Article 3: Prices

3.1 All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Mad-Crafts reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Article 4: Payment

4.1 Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the website.

4.2 If payment is not received on time, Mad-Crafts reserves the right to cancel the order.

Article 5: Delivery

5.1 Mad-Crafts aims to ship orders within 3 days after receiving payment.

5.2 Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal

6.1 Customers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.

6.2 To exercise this right, customers must contact info@mad-crafts.com.

Article 7: Liability

7.1 Mad-Crafts is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the delivered products.

9.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

9.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Almere.

3. Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

    •    Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 days of payment.

    •    Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over 100€.

Returns Policy

    •    Return Window: Customers can return items within 14 days of receipt.

    •    Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging.

    •    Refunds: Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive the returned items.
